In-person training

Swimming is a very specific and highly demanding form of locomotion from a technical point of view. Small corrections can have a huge impact on swimming technique, lowering energy consumption for the same speed and making you faster and more resilient in the water. The coache`s experience and knowledge as well as the use of video can be decisive in optimizing your time.

For those looking to improve their swimming technique we have a personalized training service where each athlete has 100% of the coach’s attention.

Personalized Swimming Training – in pool

– 1 hour duration

– for any level of swim learning or training aiming to improve open water swimming and/or Triathlon

Personalized Swimming Training – in Open Water

– 45min. long

– for any level of swim learning or training aiming to improve open water swimming and/or Triathlon

For athletes who want to simultaneously benefit from the group context to improve even further, we have Small Group Swim Training. The small size of the group has to do with one of the fundamental principles of TRIENDURE, which is the quality of the work developed with each athlete instead of the quantity of athletes without quality work.

Small group swimming training – in pool

– minimum 2 athletes, maximum 3 athletes with similar performance level

– 1 hour duration
